The Defining Decade by Meg Jay PhD
I received this book yesterday as a present from my boyfriend and I can say I'm addicted already. This book is all about exploring why your 20's are the best years of your life and how forty isn't the new thirty, it has little case studies of clients who have been in therapy.
The author explains how clients problems can relate to everyone in daily life and how twentysomething's are very misunderstood. I'm only on page eleven, chapter two Identity Capital. This means not creating yourself as one person but creating small pieces as you grow and develop.
In the book there are three sections these are Work, Love, Brain and Body, I'm on Work which is all about setting yourself goals with life and taking chances when they become available rather then waiting for them to come along.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested, go and get it!
